Processes

Reduction: The kiln control system automatically controls the oxygen levels in the kiln to give reduction conditions at the required levels for the correct sections of the firing cycles.

Oxidation: Some porcelain insulators are fired in oxidation atmospheres, where NUTEC Bickley’s Ecombustion control system offers the perfect balance of uniformity and fuel economy.
