ISO 9001: 2015 certification
This international standard certifies the quality management systems of any type of industry, and in our case endorses us for ‘the design, manufacture and supply of industrial furnaces’.
This allows us to exchange goods and services worldwide, guaranteeing the delivery of a product that meets customer requirements. We achieve this by operating according to procedures and standards that we have been strengthening over the years.
In 2004, prompted by our own initiative, we were certified for the first time under this standard, convinced that working with such standards guarantees an effective and efficient operation on its own merits, and not because it is a requirement of our clients. Likewise, we have been making the respective version updates to this standard, the last one being in 2017.
We have not declared any exclusion of requirements, so there is an adherence to what is established in all areas: human resources, design, resource allocation, planning, process control, internal audits, improvement actions, etc.

In addition to the standard mentioned above, and in order to comply with market demands in terms of product quality, we have also been certifying our staff in areas such as visual inspection, design, and manufacturing in accordance with American Welding Society standards.
