Representatives from across NUTEC Group, led by our CEO Daniel Llaguno, were in Munich, Germany (April 9-12) for Ceramitec, one of the most important events in the calendar for ceramic technology, innovation, equipment and supplies.
NUTEC Bickley and NUTEC both hold key positions in the industry, as manufacturers, innovators, and industry partners across a wide range of applications. All those involved reported being able to conduct highly constructive talks with existing and prospective customers during the exhibition.
There was an encouraging reaction to all the various initiatives that we have introduced, not least in the areas of improving environmental impact, reducing energy costs, enhancing system flexibility, and customized solutions. With all the diverse organizations present, arriving from over 80 countries around the world, it proved to be an ideal location for the constructive cross-pollination of ideas.
Ceramitec provided the ideal springboard for our efforts in taking forward and developing important projects, as well as opening up avenues for loose technical collaborations that could effectively compete with one-stop-shop operations.
We noted some renewed levels of optimism and dynamism in the distinct sectors that characterize the ceramics industry, and there was a feeling that there are exciting times ahead. All in all, an enthusiastic reception for our team.
We only have a short break before we are off on our travels once more – this time to Ceramics Expo (Novi, MI, USA). Over April 30–May 1, NUTEC Bickley will exhibit on Booth 1116, so please come see us. If you would like to fix up a meeting at the expo, please just e-mail josepablosanchez@nutec.com
